Returns & Exchanges

🔹 Customized items are non-returnable. Since personalized acrylic frames are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products.

🔹 If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will send a free replacement—you do not need to return the damaged item. All replacement shipping charges will be covered by us.

🔹 Standard (non-customized) items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
